Bridges Founders Series
A platform for our favorite leaders to share their stories of how they built their brands with the Bridges and local communities
Bridges General is more than just a store, it's a curated assortment of purpose driven products and brands that we believe in and are proud to sell. Each of these products has a story behind them and, in most cases, an entrepreneur who experienced an incredible amount of challenges, setbacks, failures, successes and life changing events while they turned their dream into a reality.
Founders Series is our monthly thought leadership program in which we invite one such entrepreneur, creative or innovator that is disrupting their respective field for an off-the-record discussion about their journey and craft.

TYME Fast Food: Phil Winser & Felipe Hallot
The third edition of Bridges Founders Series featured Phil Winser & Felipe Hallot, two entrepreneurs at the opposite end of the food industry who collaborated to create TYME Fast Food. Phil–also the founder of the Fat Radish–helped usher in a new awareness and appreciation for seasonal vegetable-focused cooking, while Felipe–who held global roles at Burger King–brought unique insight about running an incredibly efficient global food company. Phil's and Felipe's unlikely partnership was forged as they bonded over the issues of the food industry and grew their shared vision for improving the world's eating habits.
Whalebone Magazine: Bronson Lamb & Jessie Joeckel
We hosted the founders of Whalebone Magazine, Bronson Lamb and Jessie Joeckel, for the second edition of Founders Series! Bronson and Jessie are an incredibly fun and lively duo – Bronson is the laid back business mind responsible for driving partnerships with the coolest and most relevant brands, while Jessie is the hometown Montauk surfer turned creative maven. They shared the story of how they built their brand from a small tee shirt press in Montauk into a nationally distributed, award winning magazine publication and lifestyle brand.
Bluestone Lane: Nick Stone
We kicked off the first edition with Nick Stone, Founder and CEO of Bluestone Lane. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Nick shared stories about his days as a professional Aussie Rules Football player, twelve years as an international banker and how he converted those experiences into developing the fastest growing premium coffee and lifestyle brand in New York City.
